Delivery Service
Please read the following terms & conditions carefully and make sure that you can comply with all of them. If not, please contact our customer service team via messenger or email [email protected] to request additional service and we provide for you with a reasonable charge.
An acknowledgement of receipt of the goods in good order and condition shall, in the absence of compelling evidence to the contrary, be conclusive in favour of Magic Sports that the goods were delivered and received without any loss or damage.
Small items (e.g. ping pong balls and rackets, toys, accessories, etc) are shipped every business day (excluding public holidays). The actual delivery time depends on the freight company and your location. We have no control over their service.
For LARGE Items (e.g. game tables):
1. Please allow 3-5 working days for handling and shipping. You will be notified and contacted at least ONE DAY before via SMS/ email/ voice call.
Delivery Zones:
Currently we only do delivery for the greater Sydney Area with cost of $250+GST. If you live outside of Sydney suburbs (i.e. Wollongong, Nowra, Central coast, Newcastle, etc), extra charge will apply. Please contact our customer service team for quotation.
If you live in states other than NSW, please schedule courier for pick up and delivery on your side, at your expense. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to interstate at this stage.
Delivery Locations:
Items will be delivered to the Front door / Garage at ground floor only. Additional $50 charges will apply for requests to move items upstairs. Please contact us before making a purchase if you require such services.
Parking for Installation Service:
If you choose our delivery and delivery & installation services, please ensure a parking space is available. Additional charges will apply if no parking space is provided.
IF NO ONE AT HOME:
1. Authorize us to leave at the front door/garage;
2. Or change the time before delivery, which could cause delay and additional charges.
Combined Delivery & Assembly Services:
We also provide a combined delivery and assembly services package, offering you a better experience and making everything ready in the minimum time. Please allow 5-7 business days for the combined delivery and assemble service, and please contact our customer service team for the quotation.
1. If you need an urgent delivery and assembly services, A $545+GST charge applies. The waiting period is approximately 24-72 hours after you finalise all payments.
Package Collection Service:
A package carton boards collection service is only available for delivery & installation service, and extra fees of $50 apply.
Unload Assistance:
Due to the weight and size of the merchandise, an able-bodied person is required to help with unloading. For small-sized soccer tables and pool tables, we dispatch 2 man with truck to do delivery & unload; for heavier, larger size pool tables, we dispatch 2 men with truck to do that. All services are provided by professional certified team from trusted 3rd parties.
According to the HAZARDOUS MANUAL TASKS POLICY developed by Safe Work Australia, workers may be at risk in the workplace due to lifting or carrying heavy loads alone with no assistance such as sprains and strains of muscles, back injuries, soft tissue hernias and so on.
Local Pickup & Inspection:
For local pickup and inspection, please visit our showroom. To streamline the process, kindly make your purchase online to receive confirmation email from us. Please provide at least 1 business day notice via messenger/ voice call/ email before coming to collect your items from the showroom.
Documents Needed for In-store Collect and Delivery
To collect your order in-store or receive the delivery, you will be required to provide the following documents:
1. Order confirmation email (Hard or soft copy)
2. Photo ID, If you authorized another person to collect your parcel, they will require a photo ID to sign for
3. Credit card used to purchase the order (if applicable)
